a typographical error may occur or an item may be discontinued. All prices
are subject to change.
Minimum Billing: $20.00, excluding
freight
Refunds: Refunds offered in the form
of credit only.
Price Changes: All prices and terms
are subject to change without notice. Orders are accepted on the basis
that they will be invoiced at the prices and terms in effect on the date
order is received by us, providing order calls for immediate shipment.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom manufactured
merchandise, not returnable. (i.e. Jumpers, Slings, Safety Vest with Logo,
All Rubber Goods, etc.)
Confirming Orders: ORDERS NOT MARKED
CONFIRMING, which result in DUPLICATE SHIPMENTS, will be the responsibility
of the customer. Including all shipping charges and restocking fees.
Shortage or Damage:
Should a shipment become damaged in transit immediately contact the carrier
for inspection and have them issue an inspection report. The claim should
then be filed with the carrier. On damaged shipments, KEEP THE CARTON.
Shortages MUST BE REPORTED within 7 work days of receipt of shipment.
Freight: FOB Shelby. Freight includes
shipping, handling and insurance. We have volume shipping which permits
us to pass along savings to our customers.

COD: No COD orders will be accepted.
May we suggest you use Mastercharge, Visa, Discover, American Express,
Certified Check or Money Order.
Terms: Net 20 Days
Return Merchandise: Returns must
be made by RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Any merchandise returned
without an RGA NUMBER will be refused. Returns must be made within 15
days. All returned merchandise, except special order, is subject to a
15% restocking fee, plus shipping charges. COD will be refused. All special
order items from catalog that are returned are subject up to a 25% restocking
fee, plus shipping charges. All returns to AMERICAN SAFETY should be shipped
by UPS, Prepaid.
Defective Merchandise: AMERICAN SAFETY
cannot replace defective merchandise until it is returned to the manufacturer
for inspection. Please allow 4-5 weeks. Ship to American Safety, Freight
Pre-Paid, after getting a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Establish Credit: Three (3) current
trade references, with fax numbers - a bank reference - complete mailing
address and telephone numbers - Allow 2 weeks to process.
